Responsibilities & Requirements:

Responsibilities include assisting with the cleaning of windows, blinds, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, snow removal, air duct cleaning, sanitizing and performing many other services on residential homes and commercial buildings. We are a drug and smoke-free workplace. Background checks and drug screens are required. Employees are responsible for their work performed and to look professional while performing it. You must be confident but also teachable with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

We need detail oriented team members and leaders who are safety and production minded. Applicants must also be efficient with time management and have an excellent customer service mindset. Great communication skills and respect and concern for others is not optional. It is a must! New hires will be required to lift up to 100 lbs at times as well as work safely and be comfortable on ladders. We can train people to be good at their job but we can not instill good values in our employees. This is a qualification that prospective employees need to have before we hire them.
